It tells you about our service, shows homes for sale on the Costa del Sol, and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell a property, or legal, tax or financial advice.

Listings come from Resales Online, the listing service estate agents on the coast share, and their details are those of each listing agent. We check a home before we recommend it to you, but we can’t promise that every listing is complete, current or still for sale. While our feed is being connected, some listings shown are saved copies and may have sold or changed since. Prices are in euros.

3. Using the website

Use it lawfully. Don’t:

• try to get into parts of it, or into our systems, that aren’t meant for you;
• interfere with how it works or how secure it is;
• copy listings or content in bulk for commercial use;
• send false information through its forms, or pretend to be someone else;
• use it to send malicious code or unsolicited messages.

4. What belongs to whom

The text, design, logos and code of this website belong to [COMPANY NAME] or its licensors. The Consortium Collection name and the CC monogram belong to [COMPANY NAME].
